yesterday, i was in the kitchen and I thought I could hear the neighbor's baby crying...it sounded quite strange. I heard it a few times and then became alarmed. I yelled for Bruce and we both went running outside. Artie had climbed up on my car and got his leash tangled up around the windshield wiper blade. He jumped off the opposite side of the car and must have been hanging. He was able to claw his way onto the front tire and was wedged between the top of the tire and the body of the car. He was panting and was obviously in distress. We got him free (his leash was fiddle-tight) and got him in the house. I noticed blood and was so worried it was from his mouth, but it was from his back paws. He had wore his claws down on his back paws climbing up the tire. My poor baby. He seems to be doing just fine now...but we are getting invisible fencing installed tomorrow. This photo is from a couple weeks ago. Thank you God for watching over my Artie Cat!!!
Here are a few photos I took on Saturday. Artie was having a great time relaxing on the patio, while Bruce was in the pool. I would not get in the pool, as it was still too cold for me!! I am not even sure if I put my whole foot in the water!

Hi Dad,
Bruce asked me to take some photos for you! Bruce and Josh did the roof on Monday afternoon, Memorial Day. Bruce didn't want to torture you any longer telling you that you had to do the bay window roof!
Also...Artie says HI, HE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU and for you to let him outside all day long!

Isn't he cuddly?
I know it probably isn't too thrilling to see all these photos of Artie, but once I get home from work, it is dark out...and this guy seems to always be doing something goofy!
This kitty...he just always likes to sit in new spaces!
